RULES AND REGULATIONS:
1. The maximum number of participants in a team is limited to a maximum of 4 members. Additional members will be permitted by paying Rs.100 per extra member.

2. The team should be present in the venue for the entire duration of the event, in case of any emergencies an alternative arrangement to explain the exhibit should be made.

3. Evaluation Panel will be visiting in separate groups and the timings will be as per the convenience of the judges decided.

4. Only limited infrastructure like power supply, exhibit tables, etc.  will be provided on advance intimation while internet/Wi-Fi/adaptors/computers/etc. has to be arranged by the participants itself.

5. Necessary charts/presentation (with laptops) for displaying the project details has to be brought by the participant itself.
